I was cruising around the Junction Triangle a few days ago and stopped by 2 pre construction projects currently underway. I decided to take some photos of the progress happening on both sites to share them with you all. As you may or may not know, the Junction Triangle, is a hot neighbourhood in west Toronto that is seeing a ton of change and development and residents couldn’t be happier. Don’t believe me then check my new series, Exploring Dupont St and see for yourself! Not familiar with the Junction Triangle, then click A Neighbourhood Spotlight, Junction Triangle.
In the meantime, here are some photo updates…..
Wallace Walk
A collection of stacked Urban Townhomes being built right on Wallace Ave beside the West Toronto Railpath. I initially wrote about the project last year, for that post you can click More Development News In The Junction Triangle and after selling out in 4 days from launching, it looks like they are finally starting construction!
Union Lofts
A church conversion project featuring converted church lofts as well as a brand new building attached to the church located at the corner of Wallace Ave and Perth Ave. I wrote about this project with all the details and renderings, to have a look click, Union Lofts, and luckily if you are interested in buying a unit, they still have some left. I have the updated inventory list and floor plans, so make sure to contact me if you’re interested. It looks like they have started gutting the existing church structure.
I can’t wait until both these projects are finished as they will give the neighbourhood a huge facelift and welcome new residents!
